You are welcome to use the software services provided by Future Generator, LLC. ("Wegic") (hereinafter referred to as "Software Services" or "Products"), (hereinafter referred to as "Software Services" or "Products"). "). This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") describes the purpose, manner and scope of collection, use, storage and sharing of your personal information by Wegic when you use the Software Services.
Wegic attaches great importance to your privacy, before you use the Software Services, please be sure to read this Policy carefully, Wegic will be in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, and make every commercially reasonable effort to protect the personal information collected by Wegic in the course of your use of the Software Services. By clicking on the web page to confirm, actually purchasing or using the software services provided by Wegic, you indicate that you have read and fully understood the contents of this policy, agree that Wegic collects, uses, stores and shares your personal information in accordance with this policy, and recognize all the terms of this policy and agree to be bound by it.
We may revise this policy from time to time in accordance with laws and regulations or business adjustments. When this policy is changed, we will show you the changed content by prompting you in a prominent position or pushing notification or message after the version is updated.
You understand that we will collect, use, process and store your personal information in accordance with the changed Policy only if you confirm and agree to the changed Policy; you have the right to refuse to agree to the changed Privacy Policy, but please know that if you refuse to agree to the changed Privacy Policy, it may result in you not being able to or not being able to continue to use the services and functions related to the Software Services in their entirety or not being able to achieve the results of the services that we intend to achieve. You have the right to refuse to agree to the changed Privacy Policy.
Definition:
Personal data: Personal data means data relating to an individual who can be identified from such data (or from such data and other information which we hold or may hold).
Usage data: Usage data is data that is automatically collected through the use of a service or the service infrastructure itself (e.g., page access times).
Cookie: A cookie is a small block of data stored on the user's device.
User: A user is an individual who uses our services. Users correspond to data subjects, who are the subjects of personal data.

1. This Agreement applies to Scope
This Agreement applies when you use any of our products and services, whether or not such products and services have a separate privacy agreement, and whether or not you are a browsing user (visitor) or a registered log-in user. Please note that this Agreement does not apply to the following:
1.1 Information collected by third party services (including any third party websites) accessed through our products and/or services;
1.2 Information collected through other companies or organizations that perform advertising services in our products and/or services.
We take the protection of your privacy and personal data very seriously. We collect, store and use your personal data in strict accordance with the policies of this Agreement and applicable data privacy laws and regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
1.3 This Privacy Policy does not apply to products or services accessed through our products or services and provided to you by third parties (such as third party websites displayed in our products or services). It is important to note that when you use a third party's product or service, the protection of your personal data shall apply to that third party's privacy policy.
2. How we collect and use your personal information
In the course of your use of the Platform Services, we may collect the following types of personal information.
2.1 Information You Provide to Us
You may directly provide us with information about yourself. This may include:

2.1.6 Commercial and Transactional Data, such as information related to orders you place on or through the service or information required to complete an order, including order numbers and transaction history.
Inference and Marketing Data, such as your preferences for receiving our marketing communications and details of your interactions with them.
2.1.7 User-Generated Content, such as photos, images, music, videos, questions, messages, original works submitted to us, or other content or information made available on the service, along with associated metadata. Metadata includes information about how, when, where, and by whom the content was collected, as well as how the content has been formatted or edited. Metadata also includes information that users can add or have added to their content, such as keywords, geographic or location information, and other similar data.
2.1.8 Biometric Data, such as voice data and facial scans submitted when you use certain product features to create videos and audio using characteristics like voice and facial features. Under certain laws (including applicable privacy laws), such characteristics may be considered biometric identifiers or biometric information. When you choose to use these features, we only use any biometric data you submit to provide the services you have requested.
2.1.9 Other Data, such as surveys, feedback, and other additional information you may submit while using the service.
2.2 Personal data:
When using our services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information ("Personal Data") that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally Identifiable Information may include, but is not limited to, e-mail address first and last name cookies and usage data, social network authentication and posting data
We may use your personal data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any or all such communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email sent by us.
2.3 Log messages:
When you use the services offered on our website, we automatically collect details of your use of our services and keep them as relevant web logs. Examples include the content of your search query, IP address, type of browser, telecommunication operator, language used, date and time of access and a record of the pages you visit.
2.4 Payment services
Each time you pay for a Wegic paid program, the payment service provider collects your name on the card, credit card number, card expiration date, the price of the service you purchased, whether the payment was completed, and whether the payment service provider is Stripe (check out their Privacy Policy ) The payment service provider uses your personal data to enable you to make payments online for your convenience. For users residing in the European Economic Area or in countries requiring disclosure of the legal basis, the legal basis is the fulfillment or initiation of a contractual relationship between you and the Payment Service Provider in accordance with Article 6(1)b) of the GDPR or other applicable law.
2.4 Payment services
Each time you make a payment for Wegic's paid services, the payment service provider collects your name on the card, credit card number, card expiration date, the price of the service you purchased, and whether the payment has been completed. We use third-party payment providers to process payments on the service. We may receive information associated with your payment information, such as billing address and transaction details, but we do not directly store payment information on the service. Payment information is stored and processed by our payment providers on our behalf. The payment service providers are Stripe (view their Privacy Policy) and FastSpring (view their Privacy Policy). The payment service providers use your personal data to enable you to make online payments for your convenience. For users residing in the European Economic Area or in countries requiring disclosure of the legal basis, the legal basis for such processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR or other applicable laws, aimed at fulfilling or initiating the contractual relationship between you and the payment service provider.
2.5 Operational services
2.5.1 Keeps you informed of new features, marketing campaigns.
2.5.2 Provide you with discounts, information on new content.
2.5.3 Receive feedback to improve and optimize user experience.
2.5.4 Registration for Sweepstakes or Contests: We may run sweepstakes and contests. Contact information you provide may be used to inform you about the sweepstakes or contest and for other promotional, marketing and business purposes.
2.6 Use data analytics to improve our website, products/services, marketing, customer relationships and experience.
This includes: processing of technical information, service usage information and customer service information.
Legal basis: necessary for our legitimate interests (to define customer types for our products and services, to keep our services up to date and relevant, to develop our business and to inform our marketing strategy).
If you receive unwanted marketing emails from us, you can opt out of receiving future marketing emails using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
Please note that you will continue to receive transactional-related emails about the product or service you have requested. We may also send you certain non-promotional communications about us and our Services, and you will not be able to opt out of these communications (e.g., communications about the Services or updates to our Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy).
3. How we share or disclose your personal information
3.1 Sharing
3.1.1 We will not share or transfer your personal information to a third party unless you have provided us with your authorized consent or the personal information to be shared or transferred is de-identified and the sharing third party is unable to re-identify the subject of the personal information.
3.1.2 We may share your information in the following circumstances:
(1) With Service Providers: We may share your Personal Information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Services, for payment processing, and to contact you.
(2) With Affiliates: We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to comply with this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or are under common control with us.
(3) With business partners:
We may share your information with our business partners in order to provide you with certain products, services or promotions.
3.2 Disclosure
3.2.1 It may be necessary for the Company to disclose your personal data in order to comply with the requirements of any applicable laws and regulations, court decisions, etc., or to respond to a valid request from a public authority (e.g., a court or government agency). 3.2.2 If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred. 4.1 We use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g. web beacons, flash cookies, etc.) ("Cookies") to enhance your experience of using the Platform. When you use the Services, we may use technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and store information about your visits to and use of the Products.
4.2 You can manage your cookies according to your preferences, and you can clear all cookies stored on your computer; most web browsers have the ability to block cookies. However, if you do this, you will need to change your user settings each time you visit our website. You understand and know: some of our products/services can only be realized through the use of cookies or similar technologies, if you refuse to use or delete, you may not be able to normal use of our related products and/or services or can not through our products and/or services to get the best service experience, but also may have a certain impact on the protection of your information and account security.
5. How we store and protect your personal information
We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, dispute resolution and to enforce our legal agreements and policies.
During your use of the Platform, we will continue to store your personal information for a period not exceeding the period necessary to provide you with the services, and after you terminate the use of the Platform or close the corresponding authorization, we will delete or anonymize your information, except for the retention period of specific information as provided by laws and regulations. If we cease to operate the Platform services, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in our possession within a reasonable period of time in accordance with applicable laws.

Your information (including personal data) is processed at offices operated by the Company and at any other location where the parties involved in the processing are located. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy and then submitting such information, you consent to that transfer.

The right to access, update or delete the information we have about you and, if you require, you can access, update or request the deletion of your personal data directly in your account settings section. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you.

You have the right to correct any information we hold about you that is incomplete or inaccurate.
Objection to the processing of your personal data
This right exists where we are relying on legitimate interests as our legal basis for processing and there is something wrong with your particular situation which makes you want to object to our processing of your personal data on this ground. You also have the right to object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
Request deletion of your personal data
You have the right to request that we delete or erase your personal data when there is no good reason for us to continue processing it. 9.1 This Privacy Policy is permanent and effective from the time you confirm your acceptance or use of the Service in any way.
9.2 Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated through our posting of the revised Privacy Policy on the Wegic Platform. Once posted on our Platform, the new Privacy Policy will take effect immediately. You agree that any information we will hold about you (as described in this policy, whether collected before or after the new policy comes into effect) will be subject to the most recent version of our Privacy Policy.
9.3 Before the changes take effect, we will notify you via a prominent notice on our Services and update the "last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
9.4 You are advised to check this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when posted on this page.

(3) Right to Know and Access Personal Information: You have the right to ask us to confirm whether we have your personal information and to request a copy of the personal information we maintain.
10.3 Right to Correct Incorrect Personal Information: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information. You may change or correct certain Personal Information directly through our applications and websites.
10.4 If you have questions, you may contact us as described in this Privacy Policy.
10.5 Right to Choose Not to Sell Personal Information: You can tell us not to “sell” personal information (technically, we generally do not sell your information) in accordance with applicable law. We may share certain categories of Personal Information with third party service providers. However, the current regulations define “sell” very broadly (and sometimes overstating the case).

When you submit a request, we usually ask for your e-mail address to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Depending on the nature of the request, we may ask for additional information or documents for verification purposes, such as account-related information, billing information used to purchase paid services, and certain documents.
10.7 Anti-Discrimination. wegic will not discriminate against any individual who exercises his or her rights under this section.
10.8 If we deny or are unable to fulfill a request, you may appeal our decision to have the request reviewed again by contacting us as described in this Privacy Policy. The subject line of your e-mail should include the word “Appeal.

10.11 In the past 12 months, we may have disclosed the types of personal information listed above to our relationships, third party service providers, social media platforms, advertising partners, analytics partners, and promotional partners.
10.12 Selling or sharing your data: We will not, of course, auction your data to the highest bidder.

We do not knowingly collect, use, sell or share personal information from children under the age of 16.

(5) You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising certain rights mentioned herein (as provided under California law). Certain information may be exempt from such requests under applicable law. Additionally, we require certain types of information to provide the Services to you. If you request that we delete it, you may no longer be able to access or use the Services.
11.4 "Sale" and "Sharing" of Personal Information
The CCPA imposes certain obligations on businesses that "sell" or "share" Personal Information. When we refer to "sell" or "share" (or variations thereof) in quotation marks, we are referring to the terms as uniquely defined under the CCPA. Under the CCPA, "sharing" is defined as targeting advertising to a consumer based on the consumer's Personal Information obtained from the consumer's activity across websites, and "selling" is defined as disclosing Personal Information to third parties in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration.
Wegic does not "sell" or "share" Personal Information.
Since we do not "sell" or "share" Personal Information, we also do not knowingly "sell" or "share" the Personal Information of children under the age of 16.
11.5 Other CCPA Rights
California residents may submit requests regarding their Personal Information to us by emailing service @wegic.ai The CCPA also allows you to limit the use or disclosure of your "sensitive personal information" if such information is used for certain purposes. Sensitive Personal Information we may have collected in the past 12 months includes (1) account logins and passwords or other credentials that allow access to your account; and (2) "biometric information" (as defined under the CCPA, though we do not use such data to identify individuals). Please note that we do not use Sensitive Personal Information for purposes other than those for which you cannot opt out under the CCPA (e.g., enabling you to log into your account, providing the Services).
